 
The City of Bloomfield provides water/sewer, gas, and electric services to its 2601 residents. Bloomfield’s Director of Public Works, Ted Henderson, oversees the operations of these utilities as well as the streets department, meter reading, and parks and recreation. The DPW is also involved in the day-to-day City business.
