    1. Closed Session Pursuant to Iowa Code §21.5(1)(c): to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation
      1. Take Action on Closed Session Discussion Item
    2. Closed Session Pursuant to Iowa Code 20.17(3): Negotiating sessions, strategy meetings of public employers or employee organizations, mediation and the deliberative process of arbitrators shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter 21
