Upon the following streets and alleys vehicular traffic, other than permitted cross traffic, shall move only in the indicated direction when appropriate signs are in place.

- North Street shall be westbound only from a point 935.5 feet east of East Street to a point 775.5 west from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. on each weekday when school is in session.
