PROPOSED SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS- PHASE 2-SRF #WRR 19-011 –
BLOOMFIELD, IOWA – 2024
French-Reneker Project No. 24-004
The City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed drawings, specifications, form of Contract, and estimated cost for the construction of said Proposed Sidewalk Improvements – Phase 2 – SRF #WRR 19-011- Bloomfield, Iowa -2024, at their meeting commencing at 7:00 P.M. on May 2, 2024. The hearing will be held at the Public Library, 107 North Columbia Street, Bloomfield, Iowa. Written comments may be filed with the City Clerk prior to the hearing. At said hearing any interested person may appear and file oral or written comments.
All work is to be done in strict compliance with the drawings and specifications prepared by French-Reneker-Associates, Inc., Engineers & Surveyors, Fairfield, Iowa, which are now on file for public examination in the office of the City Clerk of Bloomfield, Iowa.
The project is located on the outside of the courthouse square and consists of approximately 600 S.Y. of PCC sidewalk, 3,000 S.F. of permeable pavers, modifying and abandoning existing vaults, 700 S.F. of bioretention cells, and other work associated with sidewalk projects.
Subsequent to said hearing, the City Council shall take action on these documents at the meeting above specified or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.
